Property Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in residential property management (commercial experience is a bonus)
• Current NSW Real Estate Licence and valid Driver’s Licence
• Strong knowledge of NSW legislation and dispute resolution
• Professional, corporate presentation with a can-do attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a residential portfolio
• Delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants
• Lease management, renewals and terminations
• Maintenance coordination and trade management
• Legislative compliance and NCAT attendance (if required)
• Contributing to business growth within a KPI-driven team
