About the Role

You will own the entire Finconnex media machine — content, video, design, SEO, scheduling, and digital growth across all platforms.

This is NOT a “post on Instagram” job.
This is a full-stack media role where you create, edit, publish, and scale content daily — all aligned with the Australian mortgage & finance market.

You will work directly with the CEO and our Australia marketing team.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

We will ONLY consider candidates who have:

✔ Proven experience creating finance/mortgage/real-estate content for an Australian audience
✔ Strong knowledge of Australian lenders, home loans, refinancing, FHB, property loans
✔ 3–5+ years in media, social, content creation, or digital marketing
✔ Deep expertise across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn algorithms
✔ Ability to shoot, edit & produce high-conversion videos
✔ Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
✔ Strong copywriting tailored to the Australian audience
✔ Experience with YouTube SEO, Google ranking, keyword optimisation
✔ Ability to plan and execute 30-day content calendars
✔ Fast, creative, and able to work in a high-performance culture

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form & long-form videos daily (shoot + edit)
• Manage all Finconnex social media channels end-to-end
• Build weekly & monthly content calendars
• Design thumbnails, graphics, ads, posters
• Write scripts, hooks, captions & educational content
• Optimise SEO for YouTube, Google Business & website
• Schedule & publish content across all platforms
• Review analytics, track performance & report weekly
• Maintain brand consistency, speed & high-quality output

KPIs — How You Will Be Measured

• 90–120 pieces of content per month
• Monthly follower growth across all platforms
• Increase in inbound leads from content
• Month-over-month engagement rate improvement
• SEO ranking improvement (Google + YouTube)
• Video quality, output speed & consistency
• Zero missed posting days
• Creativity + strong brand alignment

Salary & Bonuses

• Competitive base salary (Nepal standard + top-tier allowance)
• Monthly performance bonuses:

• Career Path: Media Manager → Media Lead → Head of Digital → CMO
