About the Role:
As a Cook, you will prepare and cook meals to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes. You will support kitchen operations and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests or clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Adapt meals to dietary requirements, including allergies and cultural restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines consistently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred; Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery is advantageous.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
