About the Role:

As a Cook, you will prepare and cook meals to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes. You will support kitchen operations and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests or clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Adapt meals to dietary requirements, including allergies and cultural restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines consistently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred; Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery is advantageous.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
