Sales Professional (Finance)

About the Role

We want someone who can own the sales pipeline, turn leads into appointments, and appointments into clients. You must have exceptional communication, complete confidence on the phone, and a proven ability to convert.

You're not just "making calls" — you are driving the company’s revenue engine.

What You Will Do:

1. Master the Phones

·       Call online and offline leads relentlessly.

·       Build trust fast, and turn interest into opportunity.

2. Set Quality Apppointments

·       Fill the calendar of our Brokers and Directors with QUALIFIED meetings.

3. Convert Leads Into Deals

·       Identify real buyers, overcome objections, create urgency and move deals forward.

4. Own the CRM

·       Update every interaction, track pipeline progress, and maintain clean, accurate data.

·       Report directly to the CEO, not middle management.

5. Know the Mortgage & Finance Game

·       Must understand Australian lending, home loan basics, first-home buyer schemes, and how brokers operate.

·       Minimum 5 years experience in sales, with strong exposure to finance/mortgage roles.
