Project Manager

This role is for a trusted business delivering high-quality residential projects across Southwest Sydney, specializing in knock down and rebuild double-storey homes, bespoke designs, and custom builds with up to 3-storeys including basements. With a growing portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery of residential homes, including custom and double/triple-storey builds with basement levels
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure high-quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, procurement, and site safety
• Resolve issues and ensure compliance with local building codes and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with a NSW residential volume builder
• Strong technical knowledge of structural elements and construction systems, particularly for custom high-volume builds
• Proven experience in residential construction project management
• Strong knowledge of NSW building codes and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Companion or similar)
• Trade background or relevant qualifications in construction management preferred
• Current White Card and valid driver’s licence
