Site Supervisor

Work for a rapidly growing residential home building company located at Oran Park, NSW, predominantly residential custom homes, knockdown & rebuild bespoke, townhouses, and duplexes.

Roles and Responsibility

• Managing around 15 new homes at a time around Sydney.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the building industry.
• A proven background of project delivery on time, on schedule and within budget without compromising on quality and safety.
• Scheduling and meeting trades on site.
• Update and report weekly to your project manager on your site activity.
• Collaborate with our team in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• A network of trades within the Sydney area is desirable.
• Proactively resolving build issues, and liaising with your clients.
• Ensure all WHS requirements are being upheld.

The successful candidate will have:

• A safety-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of all kinds of tools.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction – desirable.
